The command is performed, the vigilante warned !

+requesthelp is an in-game command that will make you able to ask for a Game Master to teleport near you, to solve your problems. It is a useful command to fix issues such as collision or spawn bugs, or to report obvious alters, exploits or rules violations. Bug reports have to be done on the bug tracker, but if you spotted some new bugs and they can be exploited, maybe you should call a GM to fix it temporary (Removing the bugged NPC for example).

  • If no Game Master is online, messages are held for short time and displayed to first authenticated character which will log in.
  • Additionally, Game Masters are able to view every incoming message without being logged into game.
  • You can perform a +requesthelp command once every 15 minutes.
  • Please be aware that GMs won't fix issues that can be solved using game mechanics (Like lockpicking).

[edit] Some bugs that you can ask help for

Bug name Description What to do
Already logged-in character You can't log in your character, mostly after a server restart, and get the message "Your character is already logged in. Contact the server administrator". GMs can fix this in most of the cases. Contact one by sending a PM on the forum to a GM with your character nick or talk to one on IRC channel #2238. (Note : Or one of your in-game friends can perform a +requesthelp for you).
Blocked in a caravan You spawned in a random encounter in the middle of a caravan cart, and can't move. GMs can fix it. Contact one by sending a PM on the forum to a GM with your character nick or talk to one on IRC channel #2238, or send a +requesthelp.
Freezing Turn-based mode in caves Turn-based mode in the random encounters' caves freezes, unless players enter caves in proper order (from highest sequence to lowest). GMs can fix it. Contact one by sending a PM on the forum to a GM with your character nick or talk to one on IRC channel #2238, or send a +requesthelp.
Impossible to leave the Mordino faction You can't find any way to leave the Mordinos - as no way to leave them exist. GMs can fix it. Contact one by sending a PM on the forum to a GM with your character nick or talk to one on IRC channel #2238, or send a +requesthelp.
