Firstly, check if your bug is reported here. If it's not, then post about it. Then see the second step.
You may want to check the Game Masters list.
[edit] 2nd step : Temporary fixing
If GMs can fix this issue for you, they will. See the table below to check if they can fix your bug or not.

| Already logged-in character | You can't log in your character, mostly after a server restart, and get the message "Your character is already logged in.
