Bank accounts can be found in towns in a building called FLC (Friendly Loaning Company). Talk with the banker to open a new account, it costs 100 caps.

To deposit money choose deposit, then choose "SAY", the button on the right side. After that choose the amount of money you wish to deposit. The same works for withdrawing money.

Banks are not tied to eachother. If you have a bank account in NCR you will not be able to access those money from The Hub.
