The Guardians are an Anti-PK faction and rather help newcomers then to shoot them without any reason.
Their bases of operation are located near north cities aswell as down in the south.

== History ==

The first establishment of this faction happened about three wipes ago. Before that time, the finnish and the german players had their own groups. Most germans at that time were in a faction called ''[[Far Go Traders]]'' and some of them played that game since the second (or even first) beta test. At a time when the old ''Far Go Trader'' faction was dying finnish and german players first met and helped each other out a bit. As members vanished away and only some few were left both groups merged into ''The Guardians''.

After the above mentioned [[wipe]] the community grew from day to day and their members went through thick and tin with each other but still the wasteland didn't took much notice about the faction itself. The next wipe came and after that the whole faction was reborn again. New rules, some experience and some new members helped to let it raise quick and to become a bigger gang. At some time after the last wipe ''The Guardians'' consisted of about more then 20 active members.

Nowadays the faction has decreased a bit in numbers, but gained alot of allies and friends in the wastelands.
Also the Guardians combat squads became more experienced and battle hardened, and their help in TC is always appreciated.
If they are not out for the bad guys, several members setup RPs or player driven events such as "Modoc Militia".

== Basic info ==
Most players favourite submachinegun.

You can get this weapon by [[Crafting]] but it needs lots of high quality materials.
Sometimes you can buy it at [[merchants]], easpecially in [[San Francisco]] and at the [[gunrunners]], but be warned its expensive.

== Tactics ==

The P90 is a good choice for a critter hunt aswell as for PVP combat, as you can choose from either [[10mm JHP]] or [[10mm AP]] ammunition.
While in a team, a P90 user is often considered a glass cannon, dealing very good amount of damage, but is required to be as close to the enemy as possible, to maximize the bullets hit at burst. Performance is maximized with 2xBRD and bursts at point blank range. With a specialized character build 3 bursts per turn are possible, emptying the weapons 36 bullet magazine.

The small brother of the P90 is the [[10mm SMG]], which does less damage and shots 2 bullets less per burst.

Most germans at that time were in a faction called ''Far Go Traders'' and some of them played that game since the second (or even first) beta test. At a time when the old ''Far Go Trader'' faction was dying finnish and german players first met and helped each other out a bit. As members vanished away and only some few were left both groups merged into ''The Guardians''.

After the above mentioned wipe the community grew from day to day and their members went through thick and tin with each other but still the wasteland didn't took much notice about the faction itself. The next wipe came and after that the whole faction was reborn again. New rules, some experience and some new members helped to let it raise quick and to become a bigger gang. At some time after the last wipe ''The Guardians'' consisted of about more then 20 active members.

Nowadays the faction has decreased a bit in numbers, but gained alot of allies and friends in the wastelands.
Also the Guardians combat squads became more experienced and battle hardened, and their help in TC is always appreciated.
If they are not out for the bad guys, several members setup RPs or player driven events such as "Modoc Militia".
