Reasons of its lack
Inaccessible in FOnline: 2238 due to its heavy role in Fallout 2, we can suppose Arroy had not to be in FOnline. As the game is in the year 2238, Arroyo already exists (The village was founded in 2167), but should also host the Chosen One, that left the village in 2241, three years after the year where we are playing. FOnline: 2238 players could meet Fallout 2's hero, or should meet him, and it would be a mistake in the Fallout canon. Who knows what players could do to the hero that would, later, save the wasteland...?

TLA
Arroyo exists, however, in TLA, described as a "Wonder village built with GECK. A true Garden of Eden." As the Chosen One is officially missing, there is no dischord about the accessability of the village to the player.

Fate. Karma. An extremely high or low Luck will affect the character - somehow. Events and situations will be changed by how lucky (or unlucky) your character is.
Tips
Fighters need it, especially if they want to make critical hits. Put it at 10 to maximize your chances. For others, it is recommended to spend it at 6 to have access to all the interesting fight perks (Toughness, More critical). For crafting people, Luck does not have much interest, it is better to dedicate its points in Intelligence.
The resulting radiation from the Great War caused cows to mutate into the two-headed Brahmin. They are very common across the wasteland and are bred for their hides and their carrying ability.

Brahmin can be found in pens in most major cities. The brahmin herder near the pen will offer to pay you for shit shoveling as well as buying and selling brahmin.

Using a rope, brahmin can be captured similar to the way slaves can be taken except that you do not need to knock brahmin unconscious to capture them. They can then be sold to traders or kept as companions. You can also give or sell them to other players.

They are most used for their high carry weight, especially when mining because these materials are extremely heavy.
A tent is a small hideout that you can create easily. Stuff stored inside the tent is safe, which makes it a must have for the beginners. After four weeks, if nobody entered your tent, it will be deleted.

How to make a tent
* Gather 10 brahmin hides, by buying them or killing brahmins.
* Go to a random encounter location (The map must be totally empty).
* Use science on the 10 brahmin hides in your inventory. A message will be displayed, and the map will be turned into a tent map. If you have any followers with you, they will also gain access to that tent : Make sure no one is with you in the encounter.
** If you have an old tent, it will be destroyed: You can only create one tent per character.

If your map was a coastal desert, then you will access to the coastal tent map. If it was a map with ruins, it will be in the ruins, etc.

Shared tents
As said above, if you make a tent and there are people on the same map, that tagged you, they will gain access to that tent. However, this new one won't count as if they had created one.

If player X creates a tent, and player Y has access to it, Y can still create a tent and have access to both, however, X won't be able to create another tent without deleting his first one. Y can also have access to an infinite amount of tents, as long as he is not their founder.

If the creator of a shared tent is deleted using a command, the other players that had access to that tent will still be able to access it.

Extra Information
Nobody can enter a tent unless he followed you, so take care. People like to arrow you and follow you, and if you're not cautious and don't look at who you're carrying, you may introduce enemies into your tent. But if you're not carrying people into your tent, then stuff stored inside is totally safe.

Your tent has got one container, but may contain an infinite amount of stuff, since you can harmlessly put stuff on the floor. Gangs may use some tents instead of outposts, to store fighting gear or their fresh loot.

It's possible (and common practise) to drop items en masse outside a tent. This is helpful because the tent has only one container and some tent owners prefer to keep the container free of clutter. Dropping items on the ground also provides a quick way of visualising which items have been collected.
Items dropped outside the tent will never disappear unless the tent is culled as mentioned above (no players visit it for four weeks)

Limits
Unlike a faction base, for example, you can't add or remove persons in a tent. People that gain access by following you and standing next to you during the creation will have permanent access. It has also only one locker, which is difficult to manage for a large gang.

Tents are only useful as a personal hideout, since one would better gain access to a factions base quickly. They have the advantage not to require a faction name (Costing 30k caps), though.

After four weeks, if nobody entered your tent, it will be deleted.
