Talk to [[Elmer]] for a bit and he will ask you to deliver a message to [[Skeeter]] all the way up in [[Gecko]]. You can read the [[holodisk]] by using it and looking in the archives in your Pip boy. Don't worry if you die and lose the [[holodisk]], you can still give [[Skeeter]] the message without the [[holodisk]].Once you talk to [[Skeeter]] he will want you to go down to [[Necropolis]] and give [[Elmer]] his message.
