It was supposed to make U.S military personel and civilians immune to threat of Chineese biological weapon. PVP had however flaw, or in eyes of U.S military advantage, animals exposed to virus were growing bigger and due some changes in brain were getting smarter. Military seeing great potential in PVP research moved project into [[Mariposa Military Base]] and renamed virus to '''Forced Evolutionary Virus'''. This is were West Tek involvment ends.
