The '''Hub Underground''' is the largest criminal organization of [[the Hub]]. Although its actions might not be notorious, the organization controls some of the merchants in Hub and tries to corrupt the members of the local police or the leaders of the town. The head of the Underground is Decker, a very intelligent man whose main goal is to control the water business of the Hub. Assassination and rackets are often done by the Underground, whose most frightening thug is Kane, Decker's right hand man, his intimidating bodyguard and an impressive fighter. The Underground cooperates with the [[Friendly Lending Company]], but barely knows the existence of the [[Thieves Guild]], which is anyway a too soft organization for the harsh methods of the Underground.
