In Fallout 2, this item is found outside [[Mariposa Military Base]] on the sidewalk next to the mine cart, and is required to blow up the rubble blocking the entrance. In [[FOnline: 2238]] however, it is just a miscellaneous item with no apparent use, hunted perhaps by collectors.

This item can be found laying on the ground in a quest, but is often overlooked.
