This is one the places where you can move boxes to earn a few easy caps. This is popular amongst newer or solo players since they usually don't have much when they start the game. Find the man standing near a cart full of crates. Ask him about work and he should give you this job to unload 10 boxes from the cart.

Moving boxes is not hard but crates are heavy so if you lack sufficient Strength, you'll only walk with boxes instead of run. You carry them into a designated area and drop them. If you drop a box in the wrong place, he will yell at you in '''BOLD RED TEXT''' and that box won't count. This is a repeatable quest with a timer.
