Prof. Torr: Requirements = what you need in order to take the quest; neither high science skill nor 3 electronic parts are required to do so. In fact, I don't think I was right about 100%+ repair skill either. It's about PC's level.

When in [[Junktown]], talk to [[Thomas]], the power plant technician. He will ask you to help him get the power generators up and running again.

Your first task will be to obtain some mechanical parts. For that, you will need to talk to [[Boyce]] whom you will find somewhere in [[Junktown]].

Having returned with the parts, talk to [[Thomas]]. You will be asked to obtain three [[electronic parts]] and use them to [[repair]] the three power generators. With the parts in your inventory, use the [[Repair]] [[skill]] on each of the generators. Upon successful completion of the task, you will be rewarded with 50 [[experience points]].

Report back to [[Thomas]], he will tell you that your job is almost done; the generators are operational again, but they could use some optimization. Use the [[Science]] skill on each of the them to complete the process. You will be rewarded with 100 [[experience points]]

At this point, the only thing that needs to be done is getting the generators back online. For that, you need to turn on the three power switches, one for each of the generators. As soon as it is done, you will get another 100 [[experience points]].

Talk to [[Thomas]] once more to successfully finish the [[quest]] and receive 1000 [[experience points]] as well as a sum of [[caps]] depending on how high your [[Speech]] skill is.
