The Skilled trait can be used in FOnline:2238 to boost your skill points in the following ways.
- +5 to points used to attribute to your skill(s).
- Decreases the amount of perks you get to 5 instead of 7.
- Gain a perk every 4 levels instead of every 3 levels.
