Just some notes for future use.
- Does the faction base farmer eat Fruits when he is told to gather them? If yes, is he affected by radiation from them?

- Faction Base Farmers Mind, that if one of your base is flooded with radiation, they will die there. And since their are distributed from the oldest one to newest one, you probably wont be able to have them on newer bases than the radiated one. (This can happen if you build your base in radiated area, like near Glow)
- Faction Base Farmers Their dialog is kind of weird. They have 2 options and the correct one seem to be random.

Farmers on faction bases
local farmer in-game description: You see a local farmer.
They can be sometimes persuaded by factions' leaders to settle in their outpost, and provide their services as gatherers. They can be usualy found in Farmers and Homesteaders encounters.
If you leave the dialog, you will not be able to initiate it again. You may sometimes fail in the dialog if you choose a wrong option.
After you succesfully persuade him and give him money, he will dissapear (this can take few seconds).
It seems that only male farmers are available.
Tip
Take your PvP(PvE) character and find encounter near Klamath/Den or Redding and give radio signal to another player that will come with faction leader and 5000 caps.

Well howdy there, stranger! The name's ol' Luke Thomas, I'm a farmer here in town. But if it doesn't rain soon, I'll be out of a job.
You offer him a work on your base.
Then he says that he owns some money to people in the town. So you have to help him to pay. Prepare 5000 caps
Provided services
If you persuade him and pay his debt, he is teleported to your base. There anyone from your faction can ask him to gather something. He will gather only once per game-day.
- Collect some Scorpion Tails for us. [5x]
- He needs 1x Sharpened Spear. Is not used in the proces.
- Harvest some fruit for us. [20x]
- He needs nothing.
- Collect some fibers for <lexem not found>. (bug) [22x]
- He needs 1x Knife. Is not used in the proces.
- Chop us some wood.
- He needs 3x Empty Water Bag.
- Go and hunt some Small Geckos.
- He needs 2x Hunting Rifles and 10x .223 FMJ. Ammo is used in the proces. Weapon does not deteriorate.
- Hunt some Golden Geckos for me.
- He needs 2x Assault Rifles and 30x 5mm JHP or 5mm AP. Ammo is used in the proces. Weapon does not deteriorate.
