The Scout Handbook is a book on the methods and ideals of Scouting. It contains very practical information regarding outdoor life. As there is no scouting profession yet, so no craftable with it, it will need to be updated. But it can be bought for quest Get Kohl's books back to their owner in Vault City if you lost the book given to you.

• Buy it from Hub library, in the center of the town. Its price might be around 440 caps.
