[[Lilly]] in the [[Vault City]] Headquarters will ask you to hand out questionnaires to the [[citizens]]. You can hand them out to citizens (in the bluesuits) or their [[servants]], although handing a questionnaire to a servant will get you a negative response when you hand in the quest.
You have 12 hours ingame to complete the quest.

* 500 [[xp]] for handing them out to citizens (Only 200 [[xp]] if you handed one out to a servant.
If you have 10 [[Intelligence]] when you take the quest an option to correct errors on it will get you an extra 200 [[xp]].
