Super Mutants are strong, big and ugly. Most of them are very stupid. Super Mutants are humans who have been infected with FEV virus. If a person exposed to the FEV virus was rradiated, then significantly decreased his intellect.
Super mutants were created by the master, in the first part of Fallout.
