Peter is member of Brotherhood of Steel faction and can be found on third (3) level of Brotherhood of Steel bunker in workshops. He is creating and maintaining weapons used by Paladins of Brotherhood against Super Mutants. Peter got access to most lethal big guns class weapon which made him specialist in that matter. He is willing to share knowledge about big guns crafting to any Initiate of Brotherhood for a fee.
