The good thing is that everyone around you has more critical failures in combat, the bad thing is, so do you! <br> <br> How it works: Basically each time someone missed there is a chance for the miss to be "upgraded" to a critical miss. When you take this trait, you give this miss the second chance (it was 50% in Fallout2) to become critical. <br> Warning: This trait really works on everyone around you. Your friends won't thank you.
