Can be found in random maps in mountain areas on world map.

Often times, a cave is barren and has nothing in it except dirt. However, there may be various critters that inhabit the cave you stumbled upon.

NPCs that can be found in caves:

Deathclaws (normal kind, over 200 HP)
Centipedes
Mantids
Large Radscorpions
Rats
Dogs
Cannibals
- May have either sharpened spears, knives, combat knives, or rippers.
Mercenaries
- May have 10mm pistols, 14mm pistols, shotguns, H&K CAWS, or sniper rifles.
