Explorer is a support perk that increases your world map traveling speed. With it, you ignore half of the terrain-related speed penalties while traveling on the world map.
It can be obtained during a conversation with a certain ghoul named Mantis, the ghoul, who can be found at the NCR train station.
Note: The perk cannot be gained unless the player has the location of all train stations, all towns and cities, and the Glow marked on the world map.
