Convince Jargo to produce more howitzer shells
The respawn location in Boneyard is called "Boneyard's scavenger camp". Talk to Sergeant there and ask him about the big Howitzer gun right next to him. He will complain about the lack of ammunition for it, and ask you to convince their producer to give them more. Jargo is the one to talk to, as he is New Adytum's gunsmith. Convince him to produce more Howitzer Shells by choosing a proper dialog option for your skill, and you will get the reward.

- Having at least 4 Intelligence to take the quest
- 60% Speech or 60% Big Guns to be able to convince Jargo
