Why isn't there a list of the player driven factions?

How about moving this article to Category:Player-driven_factions ?
There are 12 entries already (see Special:WantedCategories) and more will come i expect. If we do move it, rules about this category and related pages should be clearly stated. Some are already on Welcome, To do and may be on other places. But i would like to see some moderator to post them, so they will have the weight.
