Actually bookseller at HUB bookstore is a woman.
POLITICAL CORRECTNESS MY ASS Thank you for bringing my attention to it, I've replaced bookman with bookseller.
As for HUB... the town's name was *the* Hub in Fallout 1, so removing the article is not a good idea, although seeing how it is absent in its F2238 name, I probably wouldn't mind if you edited it out.
