Selection of this trait will set the base value of all combat skills 10% lower, while boosting First Aid, Doctor, Speech and Barter by 15%.

If we assume that one character is always using one combat skill (Small Guns, Big Guns, etc.), and this skill is tagged, then the loss of skill points in taking the Good Natured trait is 5 (10 divided by 2 by the tag), and the gain is 45 (15*3), in very useful skills. It is, by then, recommended to take this trait if you only use one combat skill.
