Talk to the guard near Vault City inner gates (that, who gives citizenship). If you have at least 4 Intelligence and 3 Charisma you will be able to receive a job - to collect rent from Courtyard residents: Ed, the Brahmin Dealer, Joshua, Smith, Harry and McRae.
The collected tax amounts to 1300 caps, so some players just keep them instead of turning them in for xp.
Requirements
- Being at least level 10.
- 3 Charisma.
- 4 Intelligence.
- Not a Vault City Citizen.
