Hotel rooms can be rented in towns by talking to the Hotel roomkeeper. Once you have a hotel room, you will respawn in it, avoiding the random respawn point. Nobody can enter your room if you close the door. If there are not free rooms, the roomkeeper will tell you this.

100 caps for 60 in-game days (One week in real time) in every hotel.
