Lilly in the Vault City Headquarters will ask you to hand out questionnaires to the citizens. You can hand them out to citizens (in the bluesuits) or their servants, although handing a questionnaire to a servant will get you a negative response when you hand in the quest. You have 12 hours ingame to complete the quest.
Rewards
If you have 10 Intelligence when you take the quest an option to correct errors on it will get you an extra 200 xp.
