When in Junktown, talk to Doc Larrikin in the hospital to get this quest. Accepting this quest will temporarily highlight a location on your map where the infamous "Black Claw" radscorpions have their lair. Be advised their poison is much stronger than other scorpions. Kill the two outside the lair entrance and go inside to kill the rest and recover at least five eggs for the doctor. The eggs are carried by some of the scorpions in the lair.
HINT: If your IN is 7 or better and your Doctor skill is 100 or better, it would help you to get the Rad Resistance support perk so you get +20% to poison resistance before going on this quest. The lower your EN, the more susceptible you'll be to poison.
