Several attemps are often needed, because Tamira is very proud of her skills and she doesnt just want to share it with everyone. You need to make your way through a very long dialogue, with lot of options on what to say, but remember there is always the only one correct and if you choose the bad one, Tamira will start to attack you immediately with her [[.223 pistol]]. And she is a really good shooter so run quickly or be prepared to face the consequences.
