It is available to slavers with better than 160 reputation with Slaver's Guild.
This job does not require enslaving, but you help NPC slavers to deal with hostiles. Ask Metzger, tell him you have "Big Plans".
WARNING: Always do the slave run right after taking the job from Metzger. Slave run location disappears quickly and if you don't finish the job before it disappears, you won't be able to do slave runs anymore (Metzger won't offer you new slave runs).

Requirements
- Reputation with Slaver's Guild 160 or better.
Rewards on success
- Your reputation with Slaver's Guild is decreased to 150.
- 800 XP.
- Varying amount of caps depending on the slaverun difficulty, if slavers die in combat.
Rewards on fail
- -120 reputation with Slaver's Guild.
