Benefit	+5 to skill points used to attribute to your skill(s).
Penalty	-2 to perks (5 instead of 7).

Since you spent more time improving your skills than a normal person, you gain 5 additional skill points per experience level. The tradeoff is that you do not gain as many extra abilities. You gain a perk every four levels.

The Skilled trait is used in FOnline:2238 in the following ways.

• +5 to skill points, used to attribute to your skill(s) each level up.
• Gain a perk every 4 levels instead of every 3 levels, decreasing the amount of perks you get to 5 instead of 7, assuming that the level cap is 21.
