This article contains informations about most of the frequent bugs right now in the game, and what to do if you encounter one.

1st step : Bug reporting

Firstly, check if your bug is reported here. If it's not, then post about it. Then see the second step.

You may want to check the Game Masters list.

If GMs can fix this issue for you, they will. See the table below to check if they can fix your bug or not.

Bug name	Description	What to do
Already logged-in character	You can't log in your character, mostly after a server restart, and get the message "Your character is already logged in. Contact the server administrator".	GMs can fix this in most of the cases. Contact one by sending a PM on the forum to a GM with your character nick or talk to one on IRC channel #2238.
Blocked in a caravan	You spawned in a random encounter in the middle of a caravan cart, and can't move.	GMs can fix it. Contact one by sending a PM on the forum to a GM with your character nick or talk to one on IRC channel #2238, or send a +requesthelp.
Freezing Turn-based mode in caves	Turn-based mode in the random encounters' caves freezes, unless players enter caves in proper order (from highest sequence to lowest).	GMs can fix it. Contact one by sending a PM on the forum to a GM with your character nick or talk to one on IRC channel #2238, or send a +requesthelp.
Impossible to leave the Mordino faction	You can't find any way to leave the Mordinos - as no way to leave them exist.	GMs can fix it. Contact one by sending a PM on the forum to a GM with your character nick or talk to one on IRC channel #2238, or send a +requesthelp.
