The repair skill allows you to fix broken or damaged weapons and armor. See deterioration for more informations about damaged things.
It is also a requirement for some professions. Vehicles must also be repaired regularly.
With a high enough level in repair, the player can complete the quest for Becky in the Den.
Luck is of no effect when it comes to repair something.
