You cut an intimidating figure and people cower when you are near. Opponents have a 50% chance of missing you when in an adjacent square.
Also works when opponent is attacking with a non-ranged weapon from range of 2 hexes (max).
Carrying a weapon in slot 2 does not nullify the effects of this perk.
