Crafting cooldown

Almost every craftable item has its own crafting cooldown, i.e. the amount of time that is added to the main crafting cooldown timer every time an item is crafted. Once 6 hours have been reached on the main timer, the game will block the ability of the player to craft items until the time returns to under 6 hours.
