The repair skill allows you to fix broken or damaged weapons and armor. It is also a requirement for some professions. Vehicles must also be repaired regularly.
With a high enough level in repair, the player can complete the quest for Becky in the Den.
Repair is also needed to salvage Junk and Electronic Parts from barrels.
Luck is of no effect when it comes to repair something.
