The Rail Line Gang

In NCR, talk to Gunther, the well-dressed man near Tandi. He will tell you that NCR is trying to clean the railroad to make it usable again, but that somewhere a gang (The Horatius Rail Line Gang) is putting troubles. You have to go there and get rid of the gang by any way possible.

The Rail Line Gang is camping at the north-east of NCR. Use your skills to get them out (Anything so that they don't trouble peace anymore).
