While sneaking, if you attack a critter from behind, you will always cause a critical hit with a +10 bonus on the roll. Silent Death is that kind of perk.

Note: Silent Death only works for players that are either unarmed or equipped with a one-handed weapon.

Note: This perk does not work for bursts. So not usable for Big Guns, Gatling Lasers or bursts from Small Guns.
