Apparently cut from a Deathclaw, this weapon is carried by the Endless Walker and used to fight all he encounters. There is no known way to get a claw from a Deathclaw yourself; you'd need someone with a special unknown skill to do it, and looting a claw from an Endless Walker might be impossible.
