Marshal of the Gun Runners is a large well armed man. He has 265 hps and is wielding a .223 Pistol.
One of the infamous Gun Runners. His duty is assigning delivery orders of valuable items to random people who happen to stroll through his office.
Note: He can also give you a bonus to the Small Guns skill, if your skill isn't too high.
