The Skilled trait can be used in FOnline:2238 to boost your skill points per level by +5 meaning you will have more points to spend on your skills. The down side to this trait is that it decreases the amount of perks you get to 5 instead of 7 and you can only gain a perk every 4 levels instead of every 3.
