Investigate for the Sad Wife

Talk to the sad wife in the Hub eastern part (The part where Jacob is). She is in one of the middle buildings. She will tell you she is sad because her husband Joseph went to Boneyard and has never came back. Go to Boneyard and investigate! Make sure you visit the Scavengers part. Once you're done, go back to Hub to talk to the sad wife and complete the quest.
