The Pipe Rifle is a low-level Small Arm, strangely, it is harder to obtain than the 10mm Pistol.

Uses

The Pipe Rifle is useful for low-level snipers, who have the trait Finesse, and can't afford Hunting Rifles, Sniper Rifles and .223 FMJ. Pipe RIfles have medium range (20 hex range.). It uses 10mm, and each maganzine has only holds 1 bullet, therefore, you will have to reload every time it is shot. It is not a smart idea to bring it in a PvP battle, it won't pierce your opponent's armor. It is very great agianst low-level NPCs such as:

• Radscorpions.
• Brahmins.
• Rats.
• Little Geckos.
• Maybe some low level Raiders (Near NCR).
• Mantis in small numbers.
• Pigrats.
• Dogs.

Obtaining

• Purchase one off a Merchant.
• Completing the Give some beers to Aldo quest.
• Kill off players or NPCs.
