A Master Thief is proficient at stealing and picking locks. He is able to attempt his thievery twice as often.

Note: Lockpick part of this perk does not work. Or some lockpick skill is needed.

Master Thief is a support perk.

It can be obtained during a conversation with a rather shady individual that is known to hang around Old Town, the easternmost district of the Hub. When dealing with the aforementioned thug, extreme caution is advised.
