Treasure Hunter is a support perk that enables you to find more items in the lockers that sometimes appear in random encounters than you would have been able to find without it.
It can be obtained during a conversation with an NPC named Micky who can most likely be found loitering somewhere in Broken Hills.
Note: This perk is currently bugged, taking it will produce an effect exactly opposite to the one from the perk's description.
