- Action_points need an update about uses
- 5 AP is needed for using skills (Sneak, Lockpick, Steal, Traps, First Aid, Doctor, Science, Repair)
- since to gathering Chem parts and elektronik parts is used Science and REpair, you need 5 PA for it too
- Opening the container need 4 AP
- Car is repaired by amount of skill you have in repair. So if you have more than 100 you will always repair a car to full. Althought, the chance is based on what?
- Get rid of the Rail Line gang check it out, is it really Train related?
