Car wreck

The illusive searchable hoodless convertible wreck.

Of all the wrecked vehicles you see in the wasteland, there is one wrecked car that is searchable. You can find them on random encounters in urban areas. However they are quite rare (сhance is 5-10%). This particular wreck is noted as being a hoodless convertible and is most distinguished as having an engine visible in the engine compartment. (One of the other wrecks is also a hoodless convertible but with no engine and no driver's side door, and cannot be searched, so beware of imposters.)

You can search them (only once) to find Junk, Electronic Parts, Fuel Cell Controller or nothing.
