The mark of the Explorer is to search out new and interesting locations.

Explorer is a support perk that increases your world map travelling speed.

It can be obtained during a conversation with a certain ghoul named Mantis, who can be found at the NCR train station.

Note: the perk cannot be gained unless the player has visited all train stations, all towns and cities, and the Glow, although entering any of these places is not necessary as discovery on the world map is sufficient.
