How does this perk stand up against a Heavy Handed pugilist who always knocks down opponents when he hits? -Marko, June 21, 2012 (CST)

It doesn't. Solar had plans (well, not "plans", just "maybes") to make it so that Stonewall did fully/partially negate Heavy Handed, but this has not been implemented. --Ganado (talk) 05:09, 22 June 2012 (CEST)
