Crafting cooldown

Every craftable item used to have its own crafting cooldown, i.e. the amount of time that was added to the main crafting cooldown timer every time the item was crafted. Once 60 minutes had been reached on the main timer, the game would block the ability of a player to craft items.
With the latest update, this is no longer the case - crafting cooldowns have been removed from the game.
